HERE YOU GO! Details from my new home! I love this apartement. It's far from done, well especially the terrace, we have 25 square meters to fill up out there so we have to make our way to Ikea and get some outdoor furnishings. B-friend keeps talking about getting one of those wooden jacuzzi tubs, you know the ones you fire up underneath? I'm unsure. Oh and yes, elephants are reoccuring in my interiors.

TODAY I got the keys to my new apartement. It's a fantastic feeling knowing something is yours and that you paid for it! So besides work i spent the day at ikea and the new place. I'll probably be a bit off this week, due to the move. But i'll try my best. Oh and i got a belated birthday present today from Jean Paul Gaultier. Will show ya'll later.

PRESENTS #2. I got fantastic things from Svenskt Tenn (sweden's version of Marimekko according to Katie;))
Those of you who've followed the blog for awhile know of my love/obsession for elephants. The first tray is fantastic, its huge and will be perfect on the terrace of our new apartement!! And ofcourse i got a smaller one, for those evenings when its just the two of us:) 7 elephant print table mats, and 2 world map table mats! I've said it before, but i'll say it again my friends and family are the best!

MANY OF YOU wanna see the apartement we've bought. They've taken the object off the site so i only have the pictures in a brochure, i'll see if i can take some pics. But its more fun to show you guys when we've settled. But for now here's the layout of the apartement. I'm sure we'll have many awesome summer nights on the terrace and many cozy winter evening in front of the fireplace.

TODAY I BOUGHT a two bedroom apartement in town with a 25 square meter terrace, yep 25! Do you realize how big that is? And how hard it is to find an apartement like that in Stockholm city? I'm so excited! I think this is gonna be the best thing i've ever bought (counting my Christian Louboutins, Chanel bag and Vintage Yves Saint Laurent). Oh and we have a fire place! Can't wait to move. May 3rd is the date. But im gonna miss our humble abode on Nybrogatan. But times are a'changing.

THE LATEST ELLE, mint truffle tea and my course literature (Vintage by Marie Birde, and i though studying was meant to be boring!) I've come down with some sort of fever, and incredible neck pain. At first this morning i thought it was just muscle pain from my saturday morning workout but nope! So i took the afternoon off in order to recouperate, not to shabby. And my boy is coming home from Edinburgh this evening, hopefully with a nice old single malt bottle of whiskey.

THIS is Mimi. My new kitten. We skipped on the name Selma. Since Zuma (our housekeeper/maid) will be the one spending the most time with this little one, since we're not here all year around, we let her pick the name. So everyone say hello to Mimi! Ain't she a sweetheart?

THE apartment was awesome! Perfekt for us! 3,20m ceiling hight, love love love. Lots of closet & storage space, and the kitchen is great great great! We bid straight away, 200,000 more than the starting bid, Marcus says its a new tactic, maybe that way we'll scare people away? :) Now im gonna heat up some mulled wine. And yes my mind is racing in 180, i'm already looking at furniture, not good, I'm setting myself up for harder disappointment.

Details from my monday evening at home. Fresh flowers and newly bought fruit, i'm however unsure if avocados classify as fruit and now when i think about it i've heard that banans are actually a berry, as they grow in a cluster?! Our 'passion' painting hangs above our new soffa, painted by me, about 6 years ago for my IB arts final show. Lamb, feta and red onion burgers for dinner. Michael Kors wedges, just simply fantastic! Literature of the moment, Shantaram and NYLON. I'm a sucker for autobiographies by ex smuggeling inmates. And Nylon speaks for itself.
